Exchange and return policy for all Umbrella products
Imperiala follows a policy of replacing and returning products according to Egyptian law. In accordance with the text of Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to request an exchange or refund of the value of the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product if the device does not have a manufacturing defect, but on the condition that it is in the condition it was in. The item was on it when contracted (i.e. it was not opened or used)
The exchange or return policy for each product varies in some cases depending on the type of product

1. Umbrella section
Returnable products are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
Umbrella reserves the right to reject the return request for any product/products returned by the customer in the event that the returned product/products do not meet the return conditions or guidelines (rejected product). The customer is not entitled to get his money back if the request to return the product/products is rejected. When the product/products are considered rejected at any stage after the return via Umbrella, two attempts will be made to return the rejected product to the customer. If the returned product is not received during these two attempts, the product will be kept for only 3 working days in the delivery warehouses. The customer has the right to file a request to return the rejected product/products through the customer service center within 7 working days from the last notification of the failure of the delivery process.
In the event that the returned product/products are not delivered to the customer after the first two delivery attempts, we will send 3 reminders via e-mail and attempt to contact 3 times to inform the customer regarding the return request. If the customer responds to the email or responds to contact attempts and requests to return the product within 7 days from the date of the first conversation, we will make three attempts to deliver the product, if the customer does not respond to these three attempts or if he does not want to receive the product/products. These products will be disposed of and Umbrella will not be responsible for refunding the amount of the products.
Returnable products are only accepted according to the following conditions:
Electronic devices and mobile phones
The product must be returned with the original box and original label and must be unopened.
If the product has been used, the original box has been opened, or the original label has been removed, we will reject the refund request and return the product to you unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
If the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect, the product must be returned with the original box, instruction booklet, and all accessories.
Umbrella has the right to determine whether the product must be serviced, refund the amount to the customer, or return the product.
Fashion
Items of clothing such as undergarments, underwear, bathing suits, bras, socks and tights are not permitted for return.
Clothing products are allowed to be returned provided they have not been used, worn, washed or damaged, and provided that all labels and tags are in completely intact condition and in their original packaging.
Shoes, eyeglasses, watches, bags and luggage must be returned in their original packaging and must contain all tags in completely intact condition.
Home and kitchen
Large furniture and household appliances are not allowed to be returned.
Home decor products can only be returned if they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Opened bed linen products are not accepted for return.
Products that have been used, modified, assembled or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.
Beauty and health
No returns are permitted on hair and personal care products, vitamins, nutritional supplements and sports nutrition products.
Beauty products (cosmetics, skin care, etc.), perfumes, and sanitary products that have been opened or used are not accepted.
Automotive products
The product must be returned in its original, sealed, unopened packaging.
If the product has already been used, the original packaging of the product has been opened, or the original protective cover has been removed, we will reject your refund request and return the product to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet and all other accessories must be returned.
Baby products
No returns are permitted for hygiene-related products, feeding and training accessories, diapers and accessories, bathing products and medical treatment products.
Returnable infant products must be returned in the original, sealed, unopened packaging.
Tools and home maintenance products
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
Any used or damaged product will not be accepted for return.

Costumes are not open for returns
Toys and games used, activated or missing some parts will not be accepted for return
Pet supplies
Returnable products can be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. It must be in the same condition in which the customer received it.
Perishable goods such as candy and nutritional supplements cannot be returned.
Office tools and supplies
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
Any used or damaged product will not be accepted for return.
Sports and outdoor products
Returnable products can only be returned if the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.
Books
Returnable books are only accepted if they are unused, torn or damaged, and in their original condition.
